Job Summary

CLOUD 9 TRUCKING INC. is seeking a skilled Truck Driver to join our team. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of goods across the country.

Key Responsibilities
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections of your vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition, and perform routine maintenance tasks as needed.
  • Route Planning: Plan and optimize your routes to ensure timely delivery of goods and minimize fuel consumption.
  • Cargo Handling: Load and unload cargo safely and efficiently, and ensure that all cargo is properly secured and protected during transit.
  • Communication: Maintain regular communication with dispatch and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and address any issues that may arise.
  • Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless logistics operations, including scheduling, routing, and cargo handling.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: AZ class license, Air Brake (Z) Endorsement, Commercial Vehicle Operator's Registration (CVOR) Certificate, and a valid driver's license.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience as a truck driver, with a strong understanding of logistics operations and safety protocols.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
