Job Title: Truck Driver
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Truck Driver to join our team at Roman Building Materials. As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
* Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
* Load and unload goods with care and attention to detail
* Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials
* Oversee the condition of the vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage, and other equipment
* Perform brake adjustments and emergency roadside repairs
* Conduct pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition
* Record cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption
Requirements:
* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* 1 to less than 7 months of experience
* Ability to work on site with no option to work remotely
Working Conditions:
* Work must be completed at the physical location
