The successful candidate will work in a dynamic retail service environment, managing a team and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Direct and oversee daily operations to ensure smooth functioning
- Assess daily performance and implement improvements
- Manage staff effectively, assigning tasks and responsibilities
- Analyze market trends and consumer demands to drive sales
- Decide on merchandise and services to be offered
- Establish pricing and credit policies
- Formulate and execute marketing strategies
- Identify staffing needs and recruit accordingly
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and supply issues
- Supervise payroll and administrative functions
- Lead and mentor office and volunteer staff
Supervision of a team ranging from 5 to 10 individuals.
