Retail Store Manager

Vince's Kwik-Mart is seeking a skilled Retail Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our supermarket/grocery store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assigning sales workers to duties, hiring and training staff, and authorizing payments and merchandise returns.
Key Responsibilities- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure efficient store operations
- Hire, train, and develop staff to meet business needs
- Authorize payments, merchandise returns, and other financial transactions
- Establish work schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand
- Supervise and coordinate activities of office and volunteer staff
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in retail management or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic retail environment
