About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Twice the Deal Pizza. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of quality, service, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to optimize profits and ensure financial stability.
  • Menu Planning and Pricing: Develop and implement menu plans and pricing strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, ingredients, and supplies to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are met and maintained, including food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma in a related field.
  • Experience: At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
