Audit Manager

Citigroup Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Audit Manager to join our Internal Audit team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing assurance over the quality of our work and fostering a strong partnership with our Chief Auditors.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate independently as a Quality Assurance partner across assigned SME audit teams, forming partnerships at all levels within Internal Audit.
- Provide assurance over the quality of Internal Audit's work via formal Quality Assurance products.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement program to deliver and maintain a best-in-class Quality Assurance function.
- Assist in the provision of methodology training to auditors.
- Assist with periodic ad-hoc projects, including research and development of Quality Assurance specific training.
- 7+ years of experience in a related role and/or with subject matter expertise in Finance, Risk, Compliance, Capital Markets, Transaction Services, Technology, Operations, and Data.
- Related certifications (CPA, ACA, CFA, CIA, CISA, or similar) preferred.
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.
- Demonstrated ability to remain unbiased in a diverse working environment.
- Effective negotiation skills and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
