Audit Manager

The Audit Manager is a critical position responsible for overseeing the risk assessment and internal control processes within Citi's operations. This role requires a high level of expertise in auditing and risk management, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute audit plans to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Conduct risk assessments and internal audits to identify areas of improvement and provide recommendations for mitigation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement control enhancements and monitor their effectiveness.
- Manage and lead audit teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of audit reports.
- Provide guidance and support to business leaders on audit and risk management best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and industry developments to ensure Citi's risk management practices remain current and effective.
- 6-10 years of experience in auditing, risk management, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications such as CPA, ACA, CFA, CIA, or CISA.
- Strong understanding of business operations and risk management principles.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a Master's degree preferred.
