Job Description

S I Systems is seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer with Python to support our client's development and maintenance needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform in-depth analyses of system and coding requirements to identify problems and propose solutions.
  • Develop system specifications, code, modify, test, and debug computer programs under general supervision, adhering to established planning and deadlines.
  • Master the technical and business features of the system to effectively communicate with colleagues and users.
  • Translate requirements into technical specifications and software components.
  • Support and guide the project team in development activities to ensure high-quality code delivery while meeting project deadlines.
  • Write unit and integration tests for each function requiring development.
  • Participate in the implementation of regression testing strategies to improve application component stability.
  • Provide level 1 support and maintenance for the application, resolving complex anomalies.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of Python experience.
  • Experience with SQL and database knowledge.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French.
