Location: LCI Education

Employment Type: Permanent, full-time (39 hours/week)

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
  • Thursday from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
  • Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Compensation: $19/hour + Bonus Program

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice to individuals interested in enrolling in our educational programs;
  • Meet and exceed recruitment targets for student enrollment;
  • Communicate effectively with potential students via phone, email, or in-person regarding available programs;
  • Conduct follow-ups with candidates to streamline their registration process and maintain accurate records in our CRM system;
  • Represent the institution at various events such as school visits, open houses, career fairs, and virtual workshops;
  • Advocate for our programs and foster positive relationships with prospective students;
  • Collaborate with program managers to thoroughly assess candidates' applications based on admission criteria and quotas;
  • Review educational backgrounds, qualifications, and experiences presented by applicants and coordinate with verification services as needed.

Qualifications:

  • At least one year of experience in a sales or consulting role;
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English;
  • Experience in the education sector is an asset;
  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly MS Office;
  • Familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.

This position involves engagement with both internal and external stakeholders on a national and international level, thus requiring a high level of professional English proficiency.
