Position Overview

The role of a Fast-Food Service Attendant involves various responsibilities that contribute to the efficient operation of a fast-paced food service environment.

Educational Requirements
  • No formal education, certificate, or diploma is required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble and package take-out meals for customers.
  • Measure and wrap food items appropriately.
  • Prepare, heat, and finalize simple food products.
  • Process customer orders efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen area, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
  • Dispose of kitchen waste and refuse properly.
Transportation and Travel
  • Access to public transportation is available for commuting.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Work in a fast-paced setting.
  • Perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
  • Stand for extended periods during service hours.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.
Weight Handling
  • Capable of lifting items weighing up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
Experience Requirements
  • Previous experience of 7 months to less than 1 year is preferred.
