As a vital member of our North Bay office, you will play a key role in assessments and treatment plans. We offer a supportive work environment with clinical, administrative, and IT support to ensure your success.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients.
  • Provide evidence-based therapy and counseling services to individuals experiencing brain injury, PTSD, or pain management challenges.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure holistic client care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client progress and interventions.
  • Stay informed about current best practices in social work and rehabilitation.
Qualifications:
  • Registration with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers is required.
  • Experience working with individuals experiencing brain injury, PTSD, or pain management is highly valued.
  • A strong understanding of Ontario's insurance-funded treatment systems is essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial for effective client interaction and documentation.
  • A willingness to travel locally for client visits may be required.
