  • Facilities Management
    • Oversee the maintenance and repair of spa equipment and facilities, ensuring they are in good working order.
    • Monitor quality and production levels, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Staff Supervision
    • Supervise and train spa staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
    • Provide technical advice and guidance to staff to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent service to clients.
  • Administrative Tasks

Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
