Spa Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Spa Supervisor to join our team at BEAUTE LIA HAIR. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our spa services and maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule work for spa staff, arrange for maintenance and repair work, and ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.
- Client Services: Assist clients with special needs, be the point of contact for emergency situations, and address customer complaints or concerns.
- Staff Management: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of spa staff, train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Quality Control: Monitor quality and production levels, oversee cleaning of specialty and difficult items, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
- Administrative Tasks: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies, and resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a spa or related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
