Key Responsibilities:

- Perform lifeguard duties to standard, responding promptly to emergencies and providing first aid when needed.
- Maintain aquatic facility cleanliness, adhering to health and safety protocols.
Essential Qualifications:
- Some secondary school education, with a focus on aquatic-related courses or certifications.
- Minimum age of 15, with a strong emphasis on physical fitness and stamina.
- Knowledge of safety practices, including CPR and first aid.
- Customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact with diverse groups.
- Basic computer skills, with proficiency in aquatic facility management software.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous lifeguard experience, with a strong track record of safety and customer satisfaction.

Certifications and Memberships:
