Bilingual Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Inside Sales Representative to join our team at John Brooks Company. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, product selection, and quotation preparation to our clients in the fluid handling industry.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support to our outside sales team and execute large bid submissions and project management.
- Identify and relay customer opportunities, issues, and concerns to the sales team.
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide a quality bid in the shortest possible timeframe.
- Develop advanced knowledge of our order entry and CRM software.
- Act on opportunities to make upsells and cross-sells, and promote the service and repair of all products offered by John Brooks.
- College Diploma in a related field, such as engineering or business.
- Fluent in English and French, with a minimum of 1-3 years of related experience in industrial sales.
- Advanced computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong technical aptitude and a general understanding of industrial processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple demands and priorities, and to think on your feet.
