Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of meals and individual dishes with precision.
  • Conduct inspections of kitchens and food service areas to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and safe food handling practices.
  • Manage inventory by ordering supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of kitchen and work areas.
  • Plan and organize buffets and banquets to meet customer expectations.
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and quality.

Experience Requirements
