KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:- Demonstrate a passion for crafting fresh, flavorful dishes that delight our residents.
- Oversee food preparation, presentation, and maintain a hygienic kitchen environment.
- Qualifications include a minimum of high school education, two years of relevant culinary experience, and a valid food safety certification.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented atmosphere.
- Adhere to established quality standards and comply with safety protocols.
- Prepare and plate meals, ensuring that dietary needs and preferences are respected.
- Manage kitchen inventory, oversee food procurement, and uphold cleanliness standards.
- Engage effectively with team members, residents, and visitors.
- Follow company policies and health regulations diligently.
