Job Title: Assistant Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Domino's Pizza (Golden Pizza (Agassiz) Inc. DBA). As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise Staff: Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Operational Management: Oversee daily restaurant operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and customer service.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure employees are meeting expectations and provide coaching and development opportunities.
  • Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service by responding to customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies, to ensure efficient operations.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Language: English.
