Job Title: Assistant Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Domino's Pizza (Golden Pizza (Agassiz) Inc. DBA). As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated employees.

Job Summary:
  • Supervise and manage a team of employees to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food production.
  • Assist the General Manager in implementing operational procedures and making strategic decisions to drive business growth.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities to employees.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Manage inventory, negotiate with suppliers, and maintain relationships with vendors.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the food service industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of organization.
  • Reliability and flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
