Assembly Line Worker

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assembly Line Worker to join our team at Samuel, Son & Co. As a key member of our production team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient movement of products through our manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the continuous movement of product through hand-stacking, discharging, and packaging of finished parts.
- Work in cooperation with the Operator and Shift Supervisor to ensure material is safely loaded onto production equipment.
- Operate bundle turner/pacman when parts require to be flipped.
- Prepare packaging in advance.
- Carry out set-up duties as instructed by Operator.
- Perform all other related duties as assigned by Supervisor.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent and/or 1 year or less of job-related experience.
