Banquet Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Banquet Manager to join our team at Dream Banquet Hall Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:- Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless event execution.
- Conduct regular performance reviews to maintain high standards of service quality.
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to provide a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our services.
