Position Overview
The Corporate Risk and Broking (CRB) Graduate Development Program (GDP) is a comprehensive two-year initiative designed to cultivate a robust understanding of the industry, enhance diverse skill sets, and expand professional networks. This program aims to equip participants with a holistic perspective of CRB through practical experience, insights, and the chance to influence their career trajectories.
Throughout the GDP, participants will engage in various operational functions within CRB, ensuring they gain a well-rounded comprehension of the sector and the essential competencies needed for future success.
The program fosters a collaborative environment at WTW, featuring both in-person and virtual training sessions, a Senior Speaker Series, a Risk and Analytics curriculum, support for professional designations, mentorship opportunities, and specialized project tracks across diverse business areas such as Industry Broking/Placement, Risk & Analytics, Insurance Solutions, and Strategic Acquisitions. Participants will develop vital skills and relationships to advance their careers.

Key Responsibilities
- Daily tasks will vary based on the specific Business Area.
- Assist in the creation and execution of new strategies and products.
- Collaborate with colleagues to support project initiatives and various training opportunities.
- Become proficient across multiple organizational technology platforms.
- A dedicated program team will assist in navigating opportunities within the organization, offering ongoing learning and development, including a structured orientation.
- Act as an advocate for our suite of analytical tools throughout the structured hands-on curriculum.
