About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Director, HR Executive Compensation to join our team at NTT DATA Services. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a critical role in shaping our Total Rewards strategy and driving business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of global compensation policies and programs, with a focus on Executive compensation.
  • Provide thought leadership and consultation to senior leadership on compensation matters, including market trends and best practices.
  • Oversee the integration of complex business factors to build business capability, develop leaders, and drive business change efforts.
  • Develop and administer programs to establish and maintain effective employee relations through the uniform and equitable application of policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on compensation strategy, analysis, and Total Rewards.
  • 2+ years of experience working with Executive compensation programs.
  • Deep business and financial acumen, executive presence, and superior analytical, statistical, and Excel/presentation skills.
