Job Title: Home Support Worker

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at Manoir Caledonia. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide personalized care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care, ensuring the well-being and dignity of our clients.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Prepare and serve meals, and assist with feeding as needed.
  • Provide companionship and engage in activities that promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Assist with medication administration, as required.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in a care-giving role an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
