Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Wendy's Restaurant. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food quality meets the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Lead and manage a team of more than 20 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their job responsibilities.
  • Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing inventory, controlling costs, and ensuring that health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers receive a positive experience and that their needs are met.
  • Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, helping to promote our brand and increase sales.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
Work Environment:

The work environment is fast-paced and physically demanding, requiring the ability to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
