About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate at Red Deer Halal Meat & Grocery Shop Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Point of Sale Operations: Process money, cheques, and credit/debit card payments in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Inventory Management: Stock shelves and maintain a clean and organized counter area.
  • Merchandise Handling: Wrap or place merchandise in bags for customers.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide a positive shopping experience.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and workloads.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
