Hotel Front Desk Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hotel Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at The Village Inn-Elora. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, coordinating daily operations, and ensuring a smooth guest experience.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate front desk activities, including check-in, check-out, and guest services
- Establish and maintain a positive and professional atmosphere at the front desk
- Prepare and submit reports on guest feedback, complaints, and suggestions
- Train and supervise front desk staff to ensure excellent customer service
- Manage front desk operations, including cash handling, credit card processing, and room assignments
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
