Key Responsibilities
- Input data into electronic records and generate necessary reports.
- Prepare billing information and manage order processing.
- Carry out essential administrative tasks, including answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate personnel, as well as assisting visitors and staff.
- Review work orders to confirm accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
- Maintain organization of daily documentation and paperwork.
Qualifications
- Completion of a College Diploma, preferably in an administrative field.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong work ethic complemented by a positive demeanor.
