About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our kitchen staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet our high standards.
    • Train and develop our staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Food Quality and Safety
    • Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards, meeting our quality control guidelines.
    • Implement and maintain strict food safety and hygiene procedures to protect our customers and staff.
  • Inventory and Budgeting
    • Manage our inventory levels, ensuring that we have the right stock levels to meet customer demand.
    • Prepare and manage our budgets, ensuring that we are operating within our financial targets.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service, responding promptly to their needs and concerns.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills and Qualities
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time role, working 30 to 40 hours per week. You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
