Job Title: Ski Shop Retail Clerk

Seasons Outdoors is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Ski Shop Retail Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to a positive and engaging store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on ski equipment and apparel
  • Operate cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and technologies
  • Assist in visual merchandising and display of products
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate sales records
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous retail sales experience an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
