Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at B.C. LTD. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit, and debit payments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and cash wrap area.
  • Restock shelves, face merchandise, and maintain visual displays to ensure a visually appealing store environment.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to promote sales and drive business results.
  • Work collaboratively with other sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide support as needed.
  • Perform opening and closing duties, including counting cash, processing transactions, and securing the store.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in retail sales or customer service is an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
