Job Overview:

Our Country Grocer location is seeking a dedicated Grocery Clerk Part-Time to enhance our team. The grocery section plays a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service and product expertise while ensuring an appealing product presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and guarantee customer satisfaction.
  • Organize and replenish shelves and display areas.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries and provide recommendations.
  • Document incoming inventory and label items accurately.
  • Aid in bagging groceries for customers.
  • Conduct general cleaning tasks.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Previous retail experience is beneficial but not mandatory.

Working Conditions:

  • Must be able to safely bend, twist, and lift up to 50lbs regularly.
  • Capability to walk and stand for the entire shift.
  • Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to all safety protocols.
  • High motivation and a proactive mindset are essential.
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service and following established procedures.
  • Openness to learning and receiving feedback.

Schedule Requirements:
