We are seeking a skilled Shift Supervisor to join our team at Sadiq Holdings Inc./Burger King. As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are met. Your duties will include supervising and managing a team of 8-10 food service counter attendants and kitchen helpers, establishing work schedules, estimating and ordering ingredients, and maintaining a record of stock, repairs, sales, and wastages. You will also be responsible for preparing and submitting reports, training staff in job duties and sanitations, and hiring local staff. If you have a minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a fast-food restaurant and are looking for a challenging and dynamic work environment, we encourage you to apply. We offer attractive wages of $14.00 to $16.00 per hour for a minimum of 40 hours a week.
