Assistant Store Manager Job Description

At Warehouse One, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales performance, delivering outstanding customer service, and coaching team members to achieve their best.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Model outstanding customer service and lead by example
  • Take ownership of store sales performance and operations
  • Coach and develop team members to achieve their goals
  • Manage store operations, including scheduling, inventory, and visual displays
  • Participate in store housekeeping and visual displays to ensure a great customer experience
