Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Dynamix Agitators. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and communicating with customers and carriers, preparing shipping documents, and processing shipments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Shipping and Receiving: Coordinate and communicate with customers and carriers to ensure timely and accurate shipping and receiving of goods.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare shipping documents, including bills of lading, packing slips, and commercial invoices.
  • Order Processing: Process sales orders and ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.
  • Accounting and Administration: Perform accounting functions, including invoicing, accounts receivable, and collection, as well as provide administrative support to the team.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, ensuring timely and accurate information and support.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a small company experiencing growth.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication and organizational skills, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Software: Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Office.
