About the Job

Habitat Habanero Yard and Garden Care is seeking a reliable and physically fit Landscape Maintenance Worker to join our team. As a key member of our outdoor crew, you will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and health of our clients' yards and gardens.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with landscape constructions, including planting, pruning, and trimming trees and plants.
  • Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment, such as chain saws, gravel or dump trucks, and small engine equipment.
  • Load, unload, and move products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment.
  • Prepare and lay bricks, concrete blocks, structural tiles, or other masonry units.
  • Shovel cement and other materials into cement mixers, spread concrete and asphalt on road surfaces using shovels, rakes, and hand tampers.
  • Load and unload vehicles using forklifts or dollies.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor.
