Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Farm Laborer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in various farming tasks, including crop handling, harvesting, and maintenance of our farm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Crop Handling: Assist in the planting, cultivating, and irrigating of crops, including blueberries, berries, and mushrooms.
  • Harvesting: Help with the harvesting of crops, including hand harvesting vegetables and fruits.
  • Maintenance: Assist in the maintenance of our farm, including cleaning the greenhouse, weeding, and fertilizing crops.
  • Quality Control: Examine products for quality and readiness for market.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Work Environment: Staff accommodation available.
  • Work Setting: 40 hours per week.
  • Weight Handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Own Tools/Equipment: Gloves.
