About the Role

AFL is seeking a highly skilled EHS Program Manager to lead the development, implementation, and management of comprehensive environmental, health, and safety programs across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development & Implementation: Develop and implement EHS policies, programs, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant environmental, health, and safety regulations.
  • Training & Education: Oversee EHS training programs for employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Emergency Response & Preparedness: Develop and maintain emergency response plans and procedures.
  • Sustainability Initiatives: Promote and implement sustainability initiatives, including waste reduction, energy efficiency, and pollution prevention.
Requirements
  • Education: Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety
  • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in EHS, with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful EHS programs.
  • Certifications: NCSO, CSO, CRSP
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and compliance requirements, excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
