Job Summary

TikTok is a leading global technology company that specializes in short-form mobile video. We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer Lead to join our Ads team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop innovative machine learning solutions for ranking and build scalable foundations for lead ads delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new Lead Ads products and features
  • Design and implement large-scale online ads delivery systems and improve their accuracy
  • Explore multi-stage ranking models, conduct data analysis, and develop feature engineering
Requirements
  • BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other relevant fields
  • Hands-on experience with applying machine learning methods for ranking
  • Strong software development experience and coding skills, especially in Python/C++
  • Experience with recommender system projects
  • Familiarity with online experimentation methods and analytics
