Job Title: VP & Business Line Manager - Aftermarket

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Aftermarket business in Canada. As a key member of our Strategic Management team, you will be responsible for developing and growing our operations, product sales, and technical service functions to drive profitable growth and maintain our market leadership position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business plans to achieve short-term, mid-term, and long-term goals
  • Lead a team of remote service technicians and back-office staff to deliver high-quality customer service
  • Develop and implement department KPIs for health and safety, aftermarket service, and product sales
  • Control operational costs and focus on operational efficiency, utilization, and cost recovery
  • Grow the Aftermarket business to the next level by introducing proactive maintenance concepts and retrofit strategies
  • Develop and support a spirit of open communication and fairness in all areas of operations
  • Ensure a proactive leadership in health and safety through toolbox meetings and completion of mandatory training
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering or business, or equivalent work experience
  • Management experience and good understanding of Atlas Copco financials (specifically related to service)
  • Proven commercial and business experience
  • Strong leadership and entrepreneurial skills, sound commercial awareness, and a drive for team success
  • Ability to manage people by creating trustworthy and fair relationships
