About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Information Security to join our team at The Toronto-Dominion Bank (Canada). As a key member of our Information Security team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of information security strategies and policies to protect our customers' and employees' sensitive information.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement information security strategies and policies to protect against cyber threats and data breaches.
- Lead the development and implementation of security awareness training programs for employees.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate security risks.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging security threats and technologies, and provide recommendations for implementation.
- Manage and oversee the implementation of security controls and technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in information security, with a focus on identity and authentication.
- Strong understanding of SQL and Python or equivalent technologies.
- CISSP, Security+, or other cybersecurity certifications preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal communications skills.
- Critical thinker with attention to detail.
- Strong technical writing and procedural documentation skills.
- Experience within financial services.
- Ability to adapt to changing customer requirements and priorities.
- Ability to independently identify, address, and resolve issues.
