Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Information Security to join our team at The Toronto-Dominion Bank (Canada). As a key member of our Information Security team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of information security strategies and programs to protect our customers' and employees' sensitive information.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement information security strategies and programs to protect against cyber threats and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Lead a team of information security professionals to design, implement, and maintain information security controls and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate information security risks and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external partners.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging information security trends and technologies and provide guidance to the team on best practices.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, such as PCI-DSS, HIPAA, and GDPR.
- Develop and implement training programs to educate employees on information security best practices and awareness.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations to management on information security risk mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with the incident response team to respond to and manage information security incidents.
Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in information security, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful information security strategies and programs.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of information security professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate information security risks.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging information security trends and technologies.
