Position Summary

This exciting opportunity allows you to contribute to the growth and development of young children while supporting students pursuing careers in Early Childhood Education. You will work under the guidance of the Manager, taking on responsibilities related to child care and education within the Early Childhood Laboratory Centre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design engaging curriculum for children aged 6 weeks to 10 years old
  • Supervise activities and maintain a safe environment for all children
  • Ensure the well-being of every child in the program
  • Foster positive relationships with children and their families
  • Stay current on best practices in Early Childhood Development
  • Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to program development
  • Perform other assigned duties as needed
Educational and Experience Requirements
  • Early Childhood Education diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of one year experience in a childcare setting
  • Valid First Aid Certificate and necessary health assessments
  • Experience in curriculum development
