Position Overview: Project Coordinator at Paul Davis Sud Ouest

Paul Davis Sud Ouest, a comprehensive restoration service provider, is actively looking for dedicated and motivated individuals to fill the role of Project Coordinator. While prior experience in the restoration sector is beneficial, it is not a prerequisite.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the project superintendent with requests to guarantee timely, budget-compliant project completions as per contractual obligations.
  • Maintain daily communication with the superintendent regarding project status, schedules, and any modifications to estimates.
  • Serve as a liaison between project managers and the reconstruction crew.
  • Organize appointments for specialized trades and ensure the acquisition of bids.
  • Schedule and coordinate the hours of internal teams and subcontractors.
  • Prepare and oversee project timelines, promptly informing supervisors of any changes.
  • Ensure that all required materials for the project are ordered and received in a timely manner.
  • Arrange for post-reconstruction cleaning services on-site.
  • Collaborate with the content department to ensure timely releases for project commencement and ensure prompt returns after final cleaning.
  • Input and manage data in project management software such as RMS, Encircle, and Xactanalysis.
  • Facilitate the smooth flow of documentation within the office.
  • Comprehend the scope of work for each project.
  • Conduct cost analysis as needed.
  • Be available to work evenings and weekends as required by the company, including participation in an on-call rotation.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction or restoration industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Preferred certifications include IICRC (WRT, FSRT).
  • Familiarity with residential and commercial construction methods and current building regulations.
  • Ability to work both collaboratively in a team and independently.
  • Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Commitment to seeing projects through to successful completion.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to travel periodically as required.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
  • No criminal history.
