POSITION SUMMARY

We are in search of a skilled and motivating Beauty Care Consultant who will play a vital role in the growth of our business through outstanding customer service.

The ideal candidate will possess a willingness to learn, a sharp eye for emerging trends, and extensive knowledge of skincare products and techniques, contributing significantly to crafting a personalized customer experience rooted in self-care.

Reporting to the Skincare Team Lead, the Beauty Care Consultant will receive training and will foster authentic connections with our esteemed clientele, guiding them to discover and celebrate their unique beauty.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Engagement

  • Establish trusted relationships with clients by actively listening, demonstrating self-awareness, engaging in meaningful conversations, and showing genuine care and empathy in a professional manner.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
  • Provide elevated self-care services and enriching experiences for our clients.

Product Expertise

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of our luxury skincare product lines, including their ingredients, benefits, and application methods.
  • Stay informed about the latest skincare trends, techniques, and scientific advancements to offer accurate and relevant guidance to clients.

Skincare Assessments

  • Conduct comprehensive skincare assessments, evaluating skin type, condition, and lifestyle factors to understand clients' unique needs and provide customized recommendations.
  • Offer product samples to clients, showcasing their effectiveness and advantages.

Performance Goals

  • Consistently meet departmental objectives by effectively communicating the unique value of our luxury beauty products and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Utilize strong interpersonal skills to upsell and cross-sell products, ensuring clients enjoy a complete beauty experience tailored to their preferences.
  • Represent our luxury beauty brand with pride and professionalism, embodying the brand's values and aesthetics through personal grooming and style.
  • Act as a brand ambassador with excellence and enthusiasm.
  • Embrace a growth mindset by keeping up with industry developments, participating in product training, and attending brand events.
  • Share knowledge with team members, fostering a collaborative, supportive, and positive work environment.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1+ years of experience in Retail Sales, Client Service, or the Beauty Industry.
  • High school diploma.
  • A passion for the beauty industry and a keen interest in skincare.
  • Exceptional active listening, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse clientele.
  • Self-motivated and inspired, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience as a Beauty Care Consultant or similar role in a luxury retail environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, techniques, and trends, along with an understanding of various skin types and conditions.
  • In-depth knowledge of the luxury beauty market, including emerging trends and customer preferences.
  • A commitment to self-care and wellness.
