As a Financial Accountant at Accor Hotels, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the meticulous management of financial accounts related to receivables. Your key responsibilities will encompass:

  • Supervising all financial transactions through Revenue Auditing, Accounts Payable, and the General Ledger to ensure adherence to control accounts.
  • Verifying the precision of all debits and credits recorded in individual accounts.
  • Preparing necessary adjustments to the general ledger for evaluation and endorsement by the Assistant Finance Manager or Credit Manager.
  • Reconciling monthly debtor trial balances with the control accounts in the general ledger.
  • Assigning credits to the relevant ambassador accounts.

Moreover, you will be expected to:

  • Support the quarterly, semi-annual, and annual inventory assessments of operational assets.
  • Adhere to local regulations and respond to any departmental modifications mandated by the organization.

Your meticulous attention to detail and commitment to organizational policies and procedures are crucial. A degree in Finance or Accounting, or an equivalent qualification, is essential, along with proficiency in English, Arabic, and French.
