Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement menus that cater to the diverse tastes and dietary needs of our residents.
- Culinary Leadership: Supervise and train kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular kitchen inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Staff Development: Provide ongoing training and coaching to kitchen staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Customer Service: Ensure that our residents receive exceptional dining experiences, responding to their feedback and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Certifications: Safe Food Handling certificate.
- Language: English.
