Biomedical Engineering Intern

Position Summary: We are seeking a Biomedical Engineering Intern to join our Research & Development and Manufacturing teams. This internship will last between 4 to 8 months and will involve collaborating with a talented group of engineers, scientists, and entrepreneurs who are at the forefront of developing and commercializing innovative at-home testing technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop tools to facilitate assembly processes.
- Establish quality assurance protocols for manufactured components.
- Assist in the assembly of various parts.
- Support the scientific team by creating experimental setups and fixtures.
- Work alongside scientific and software teams to ensure seamless integration of all systems.
- Contribute to the advancement of groundbreaking technology that aims to revolutionize women's healthcare.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (preferred), Science, or a related discipline.
- Previous experience in the medical device sector or a similar regulated industry is advantageous.
- Demonstrated rigor, diligence, and thoroughness in design testing and documentation.
- Basic IT and software skills necessary for maintaining documentation within an electronic Quality Management System (QMS).
