We're seeking a talented Mechanical Engineer to join our team at Solution SFT, where you'll have the opportunity to design, develop, and sustain our medical simulation and training products. As a key member of our Mechanical Engineering team, you'll be responsible for driving mechanical product development throughout its lifecycle, from design to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop the Medical Simulator product range, ensuring high-quality and innovative solutions.
  • Coordinate hardware integration tasks and design reviews with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product development.
  • Develop a deep understanding of technical requirements for assigned projects and apply your expertise to drive successful outcomes.
  • Collaborate with sales representatives and medical professionals to ensure system requirements are met and exceeded.
  • Work closely with diverse teams to transform biomedical system requirements into top-notch mechanical designs.
  • Lead and drive mechanical product development, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Develop DFMEA documentation to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring quality and reliability.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant work experience in new product development.
  • 4+ years of relevant mechanical design experience, with a strong background in SolidWorks.
  • Ability to tackle design challenges and thrive in a fast-paced development environment.
  • Bonus points for experience in designing for biomedical applications, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, and electro-mechanical systems.
  • Hands-on experience with lab work and prototyping is highly valued.
  • Proactive team player with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to translate ideas into top-notch products.
