Job Summary

The Sales Associate at Laura Canada is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales through excellent product knowledge and fashion awareness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by following Laura Canada's service standards.
  • Assess customer needs and provide personalized recommendations to drive sales.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, new arrivals, and fashion trends to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Promote Laura Canada's website, store CRM, loyalty program, and marketing initiatives to customers.
  • Execute all Point of Sale (POS) procedures accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

  • Previous retail experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Open to feedback and willing to implement changes.
  • Initiative and a positive attitude.
  • English and/or French language proficiency.
